Membrnae Boxes:

Cryspack's Membrane boxes represent a new and innovative technology.Your fragile or valuable objects can be safely stored, shipped or displayed while suspended between two highly elastic, but tough, transparent film, which, in turn, are mounted in the center of a clear, re-closable, injection molded container. These hold even sharp or oddly shaped objects firmly in place for maximum protection against shock or movement.Products such as jewellery ,lenses, optics, orthodontics, orthopedic implants, machine tooled parts, and all other products with highly polished and sensitive surfaces can be easily damaged by the vibration and shock that occurs in any normal production or shipping situation..
Sticky Boxes:
CrysPack's sticky boxes products prevent device damage that can result from contact with the edges or top surface of the carrier. Using surface tension, components are held in place and protected, even if the carrier is tilted, jarred, or turned upside down, yet they can still be easily removed.sticky-carriers owe their device holding capabilities to a layer of highpolymer applied directly to the bottom of a carrier. Devices are held once contact is made with the layer surface and will stay in place, even the carrier is tilted or jarred. The carriers are designed for off-loading with tweezers or by hand.
PET-G Containers:
Optics PET-G packaging containers by CrysPack are designed and manufactured to meet the needs of the full range of today's optical lenses, filters, and mirrors. Our unique slip-fit, low-outgassing optics containers are the industry standard for value and performance. The CrysPack's Safe-Guard PET-G Optics Packaging Containers are designed so that the optical element is held in place on the chamfers, in suspension. The optical faces never make contact with the sealed container or any other packaging material. Since nothing is in contact with the optical faces, the possibility of staining or scratching the optic due to contaminants present in traditional lens tissue paper is eliminated. |
